OCC: Reports & Data

This report summarizes efforts underway to address the mandates associated with H.B.18-1251. Subsequent to the passage of the bill, the Office of Community Corrections (OCC) within the Division of Criminal Justice (DCJ), the Department of Corrections (DOC), and community corrections boards and programs, increased collaborative efforts to improve the referral process associated with individuals transitioning from the DOC to a community based residential program.

The Office of Community Corrections (OCC) is a part of the Division of Criminal Justice in the Colorado Department of Public Safety. Through regulation, innovation and collaboration, the Office of Community Corrections strives to support our community partners in delivering superior services to clients, building a stronger, safer Colorado. This report summarizes activities in community corrections programs for Fiscal Year.
