Juvenile Justice
Juvenile Justice is a broad term which describes Colorado's framework of governmental and community partners working with youth who have come in contact with the legal system. Contact with the legal system can span the spectrum of low level violations, which warrant diversion out of the juvenile justice system, all the way to serious and high risk youth who need the highest level of care, including but not limited to commitment.
Death in Custody Reporting
In Colorado, reporting is required to the Division of Criminal Justice, which is the SAA for the state. Please fill out the form and submit. It will be approved by DCJ and if there are questions they will be in contact with the submitter.
