SOMB Job Openings

Specialized Offender Services (SOS) Therapist - Spanish Speaking

Starting Salary: $50,000

Description: SOS is a mental health agency and an approved provider through the SOMB. We are culturally sensitive and offer a robust Spanish-Speaking program. We provide evidence-based, offense-specific treatment in partnership with criminal justice agencies to promote community safety.

We are seeking a Spanish-speaking Therapist who is SOMB Approved or willing to actively pursue SOMB approval.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate group therapy sessions in Spanish
  • Provide individual therapy as needed
  • Maintain treatment plans consistent with standards
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  • Collaborate with probation/parole officers, caseworkers, CST
  • Participate in staff meetings, supervision, and ongoing training

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • SOMB Approved Provider or willing to actively pursue approval
  • Strong group facilitation and documentation skills
  • Commitment to trauma-informed, evidence-based practice

RSA Sex Offense-Specific Therapist

Salary: $56,485

Description: RSA, INC. is a provider of specialized services to adolescents and adults exhibiting sexually problematic behaviors. We provide extensive group and individual clinical supervision as you provide therapeutic treatment to clients.

Responsibilities:
Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans,
Maintaining detailed case documentation
Conducting individual and group therapy session
Working closely with probation and parole officers
Ensuring client accountability
Participating in professional development to stay informed about best practices and advancements in the field.

Qualifications: A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required. Licensure or certification in Colorado as a therapist is preferred.
