ODVSOM: Sex Offender Management Board/DOC Treatment Solutions Subcommittee

The Sex Offender Management Board (SOMB) underwent a Sunset Review by the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA). Per the Sunset Bill (SB23-164), the SOMB is required to form a subcommittee with representatives from the Board, Treatment Providers, the Department of Corrections (DOC), Department of Corrections Parole, and the State Parole Board to develop solutions to address treatment resources for sexual offenders who are incarcerated, in the custody of the DOC, and required to participate in treatment.
