The Office of Research and Statistics (ORS) offers this dashboard which uses assessment data to provide background on crash involvement and prior DUI arrests among individuals convicted of a DUI. These results cannot be used to summarize patterns in the general driving population or those charged with a DUI. The Colorado State Judicial Branch Division of Probation Services collects information on individuals who were convicted of a DUI to assist in sentencing decisions and assigning treatment services. The Office of Behavioral Health then manages this assessment data.
