SOMB Job Openings
Therapist for ARRT Colorado
Location: Aurora, Colorado
Hours: Monday - Thursday 10:00 am - 7:30 pm, with flexibility to create your own schedule
Salary: $50-70k

Summary: Ever wanted to work for yourself, and your biggest concern is “how do I even start;” or “how do I start from scratch?”
A Small but successful therapeutic practice is looking for a teammate to join us. The ideal candidate will have experience working with adult men who have committed sexual offenses, licensed in the State of Colorado and are a listed treatment provider with the Sex Offender Management Board (SOMB).
Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in psychology, social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field.
- Licensed therapist or candidate (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LPCC, MFTC, SWC, LSW or equivalent) in Colorado.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- A willingness to set and maintain boundaries in an empathetic and assertive manner on an individualized basis, or professionally oriented chutzpah will be appreciated.
- Understanding for multicultural, socioeconomic and/or mental health as it relates to the “Risk-Needs-Responsivity” model.
- Professional curiosity and goal for development.

Full-Time Clinical Therapist with Teaching Humane Existence
Location: Denver, Colorado
Hours: Monday - Thursday with one flex day
Salary: Commensurate with experience.

Summary: We are a team of Rockstar therapists looking for another to join us in our mission of making our community healthier and safer. Our agency treats adults who have been convicted of sexual offenses and ordered by the court to treatment. You would maintain a clinical caseload of both individual and group therapy clients. We offer a Monday–Thursday work week along with one flex day. Use your flex day to work from home on notes and treatment planning, schedule your work on the other three days, and extend your 3-day weekend to 4.
Salary is dependent on licensure and experience. New graduates are encouraged to apply, as we offer licensure supervision.
Qualifications: Must be highly organized, have solid boundaries, and have a strong understanding of self. Good communication skills (written and verbal) are a must.

DVOMB Job Openings
Counselor for Santa Fe Counseling
Location: Santa Fe Counseling has three (3x) locations: Colorado Springs, Denver/Lakewood and Longmont. Counselors are expected to run groups in person.
Hours: About 10 hours a week max.
Salary: Payment varies based on the amount of groups and clients on the counselor's caseload.

Summary: We are a bi-lingual and bi-cultural agency providing Domestic Violence, Specific Offense Treatments and DUI/Substance Use programs in person, virtually (only) and hybridized modalities. Qualifications:
- Minimum level of education: BS
- CAT/CAS/LAC/LPC-registered with DORA-good standing
- Approved SOMB and/or DVOMB treatment provider-or willing to go through the process of getting approved.
- Bilingual is a PLUS (Spanish)
- Reliatrax knowledge is a PLUS-will be trained
- Case Management skills (group notes, monthly reports, MDT/CST meetings, communication with referral sources)
- Individual and Group Counseling Skills
- Motivated and eager to learn
- Understanding the concepts of CBT/MRT and MI
